Industry Canada - Canada's Innovation Strategy
When the Innovation Strategy was launched in February, 2002, the Minister of Industry committed to extensive consultations designed to: mobilize Canadians to commit themselves to actions that will make Canada one of the most innovative countries, and provide a way to examine the government's strategy in reaching this goal, and tell us if we've got it right.

How to get involved.
The Government of Canada wants to engage Canadian's in Canada's Innovation Strategy — to identify ways Canadian's can work together to meet the national goals and objectives outlined in the strategy and establish long-term commitments to improve innovation performance across all sectors of the economy.
